You will be given coaching tip sheets to coach the client through best practices for interviewing and showing their value during their interview process. How to uncover their value so the client and articulate that value in a concise and confident manner.
Facilitate the client’s learning by sharing best practices for negotiation and closing the offer and coach the client into a state of being for them to communicate and feel confident and collaborative having the compensation conversation.
Coaching client to continue towards growing and using the skills they have learned and integrating those skills long term. Coaching the who of the client and what they have gained from coaching and how to use those tools moving forward in their new role.
